JDE LABU L1 Finance Business Analyst
The L1 Business Analyst for Latin America position is placed on global ERP/JDE organization and supporting 1st line level support for JDE users in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Venezuela.
JDE Troubleshooting with final users: day-to-day business process support and during critical processes (MEC).
Works on business incidents to assist in implementing workarounds and permanent fixes.
Liaison to the Level 2 ITSD JDE Support Groups and other JDE related teams.
Support Local Reporting needs with Hubble Reporting tool.
Support Local Interfaces related to JDE
Executes Master Data administration and set-up tasks.
Management of Change Request Forms (CRFs) for approval purposes
Prioritize and work tickets.
Required technical knowledge on JDE E1 versions 9.x - Finance Modules - 3+ years
Desirable technical knowledge: JDE E1 Versions 9.x: Inventory Module, Enterprise Management Asset , Sales, Procurement
Desirable technical knowledge: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Venezuela JDE localization
Desirable technical knowledge: Hubble reporting tool
Working experience in other Oil & Gas Companies desirable
IT JDE Finance Consulting expericence is a must
Understanding of IT concepts such as application configuration, database schemas, Integration, programming, system landscapes, and Business Intelligence
Strong analytical skills to analyze business processes and associated systems to identify and quickly resolve application issues. Ability to coordinate technical assistance from internal and external peer IT organizations to resolve issues.
Ability to collect and understand business requirements, translate them into processes and procedures that support successful deployment, configuration, and user support
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, concise and understandable manner. Listens carefully and asks questions to understand views, concerns and comments of others. Ability to effectively communicate in culturally and geographically diverse environment. Ability to translate IT issues so that they are easily understandable by Business Partners, Able to facilitate meetings with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders.
Able to contribute both independently as well as a member of a team. Take ownership of deliverables; develop plans with clear and achievable goals. Ability and flexibility to work with multiple cultures and nationalities is key to this role.
