Abbott EMEA Marketing Manager - Endovascular in Diegem, Belgium

Abbott is recruiting a Marketing Manager, Endovascular, EMEA to be based in the division’ EMEA HQ in Diegem.

As a Marketing Manager, you are responsible for:

  • Operational core Endovascular plan revenue & Divisional Margin achievement

  • Achievement of market share goals and value maximisation for all core endovascular product areas

  • Effective development and implementation of marketing strategies and activities throughout EMEA

  • Brand Differentiation and Value Preservation / Creation

  • EMEA marketing lead for input into, and high-level execution of, global strategies across EMEA geography for maximum impact and outcomes to the core endovascular business

  • Geography influencer and monitor of market activities across EMEA

Your tasks also include:

  • Develop an annual marketing strategy and plan (product management and marketing activities) for and with Countries/Regions

  • Work in close cooperation and influence Countries/Regions to ensure optimal implementation and alignment to achieve business objectives

  • Ensure alignment with global objectives and programs

  • Work with the global marketing group to develop the products and materials that support AV strategies

  • Link and implement programs together with the Medical Affairs group to create preferential market growth & share attainment

  • Provide guidelines for financial planning and forecasting as well as strategic planning exercises

  • Monitoring and Intelligence methods to stay ahead of market trends and competitive strategies

  • Ensure compliance in performing the training as required by the training procedure

  • Ensure compliance in reporting product experiences according to AV requirement

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years related sales and marketing experience.

  • Medical devices, Endovascular experience preferred

  • Large Multinational companies experience

  • Leading and influencing through strong marketing plans & strategy, ensuring credibility with the EMEA sales channel

  • Ability to interface with key customers and opinion leaders - all stakeholders

  • Communication and influencing skills

  • Results and performance driven

  • Creative thinking and change management

  • People Management and coaching skills

  • Fluency in English
